Commerce Email Signature Automation
Automated generation of branded HTML email signatures from roster data — with Shopware-adjacent retail tooling and minify/publish pipelines.
Outcomes
Scale
Bulk generate
Rosters become signatures without manual HTML.
Brand
Consistent footers
Sales mail matches retail identity.
Ops
Regenerable
Staff changes do not require designer time.
Context
Brand leakage often happens in the last mile of email footers.
Challenge
Large sales teams need consistent, on-brand email signatures. Manual HTML edits do not scale across people, brands, and address changes.
Approach
We built a Node generation pipeline that reads structured roster data, renders HTML signatures, minifies output, and publishes results in bulk — alongside Shopware-related retail extensions where signatures meet commerce operations.
Architecture
Node.js generation scripts, CSV/roster ingest, HTML templating and minification, bulk output folders, optional Shopware plugin adjacency for retail ops.
