Emil Mercea brings 15+ years of software engineering experience, with an Engineer's Degree from Babeș-Bolyai University. He leads projects from initial concept through architecture, development, deployment and long-term maintenance. Unlike traditional agencies where founders move into management roles, Emil remains deeply involved in architecture decisions, infrastructure planning and engineering strategy.
